Project Manager

  • Schedule meetings
  • Create meeting layout – summarize notes, craft list for individuals to have for the next meeting and list goal(s) to establish in next meeting
  • Record project details and create project guide/manual
  • Manage deadlines through online project management tool, Wrike

Marketing Manager

  • Oversee the rebranding of the Standards and Style Guide
  • Review and edit actual guide before finalizing
  • Use guide on a daily basis to review creative materials for projects before sending to client(s)

Project Manager and Content Creator

  • Craft strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness to incoming students
  • Research target audience by making connections to popular culture
  • Provide overall layout, content, design and ideas for the Graphic Designer
  • Use online project management system Wrike to facilitate, schedule and coordinate deadlines

Project Manager

  • Coordinate guerilla marketing concept in scheduled meetings
  • Create creative assets on Adobe Illustrator when Graphic Designers were too busy
  • Purchase materials needed to establish project
  • Hang up display in the concourse of the Dreyfus University Centers
  • Create meeting layout – summarize notes, create display sketches, craft list for individuals to have for the next meeting and list goal(s) to establish in next meeting

Marketing Manager

  • Research low Fitness & Recreation engagement on their Facebook page
  • Research other University tactics used on Fitness & Recreation social channels
  • Create a presentation to pitch to the Fitness & Recreation full time staff encouraging to unify all facilities under their department through one Facebook page

Social Media Coordinator

  • Create social media calendar for each semester
  • Create graphics for holidays and special occasions
  • Post and engage with students and parents on the UC Facebook page

University Store and Text Rental Promotion

Role – Project Manager

  • Assist Multimedia Coordinator facilitate video shoots with each individual
  • Stepping up to participate in the video during a crisis
  • Coordinate shoots in each designated location
  • Use connection with the store to provide compensation to each individual featured
